Remembering John Tuggle
1963 - 2024
John Tuggle, Executive Director of Shreve Memorial Library, sadly passed in September 2024. John was a staunch advocate for libraries and the Shreve Memorial Library Foundation. He embodied the library's mission to transform Caddo Parish lives with resources, services and support. His legacy lives on through the Shreve Memorial Library and the Shreve Memorial Library Foundation.
The Shreve Memorial Library Foundation is an independent 501c3 organization established to support the efforts of Shreve Memorial Library.
Our mission is to secure and manage funds, beyond those provided from public sources, to assist the Shreve Memorial Library System with emphasis on early literacy and lifelong learning.
